Shipping/Transportation policy
We allow customers to buy our products globally. However, most of our products does not include shipping fees, unless we stated “free shipping fees”.
Refund policy
Our company does not allow refund product once it is sold. Only ask for refund when you received a wrong product and serious damages. To refund, you need to provide us your customer ID and product info, and make sure the products is at the same condition as you received and product condition should be provided, the shipping fees will refund to you as we received your product.
